Extra: Slide viewer for the C64

In 2012, I ran a presentation on a Commodore 64.
Since then, some people asked me for the code and a quick how-to, so here it is:

1. Create your slides in LibreOffice, then export them as PNG files

2. Convert them for the C64, using my proprietary 'mkconvert' (easy to compile source code available here: http://pastebin.com/ZJMfXZqh)

3. Replace the original slides I used (http://bit.ly/SUp3gP) with the newly generated files, using a tool like http://www.d64editor.com/
